About
Kay is a multidisciplinary artist and designer based in Brooklyn, NY. They are a graduate of the Maryland Institute College of Art and NYU’s Interactive Telecommunications graduate program. Prior to attending ITP, Kay worked as a designer and art director in children‘s publishing for nine years, at Penguin Random House and Simon and Schuster. They were a 2021 City Artist Corps grant recipient, a 2024 Bodies in Play Resident, a 2024 NYU Green Grant recipient, and a 2024-2025 ITP Post Graduate Research Resident.
